The Role

The Spa Attendant is the foundation that makes the exhale | Salt experience possible. You keep the spa, changing rooms, recovery lounge, and common areas pristine, so that every member and guest walks into a space that feels intentional, clean, and cared for.

What You Own

The Environment

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, treatment rooms, changing rooms, recovery lounge, steam rooms, sauna, and common areas, at all times
• Prepare changing rooms, lounges, and amenity areas for guests according to exhale | Salt housekeeping standards
• Hold the back of house to the same standard as the front, supply rooms, laundry, and storage stay organized and clean
• Notice the details others miss, fingerprints on glass, a stray towel, an empty bottle, a draft, and address them before a guest does

Linens, Amenities, and Inventory

• Ensure towels, robes, slippers, linens, and amenities are consistently stocked and neatly presented throughout every shift
• Manage laundry operations, washing, folding, and restocking linens and towels on a continuous cycle
• Monitor and replenish amenities throughout the day so the experience never falls short
• Flag low stock and supply needs to the Spa Lead before they become a problem

Service and Team Support

• Support the spa team during high-volume periods, turnovers, openings, and peak hours
• Greet members and guests warmly in every shared space, the locker room is part of the experience
• Assist guests with amenity questions, locker assignments, and small requests with professionalism and care
• Communicate cleanly with the front desk and the spa team so handoffs and turnovers run on time
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and operational procedures

Brand and Standard

• Represent the exhale | Salt brand with professionalism and care in every guest interaction
• Adhere to handbook standards on appearance, conduct, and performance
• Participate in associate meetings, trainings, and brand events as scheduled

• Prior experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
• A high standard for cleanliness and presentation, you notice the details others miss
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, the team and the guests depend on you showing up ready
• Positive attitude and genuine care for the guest experience
• Able to work independently and stay productive throughout a full shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Physically capable of being on your feet, lifting linen loads, and moving consistently throughout a shift

Compensation

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience

• Part time and full time positions available
• Availability required across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
• Reports to: Spa Lead
• Works closely with: Club Director, Front Desk, Massage Therapists, Estheticians
