The Role
The Spa Attendant is the foundation that makes the exhale | Salt experience possible. You keep the spa, changing rooms, recovery lounge, and common areas pristine. Every member and guest walks into a space that feels intentional, clean, and cared for, and that is because of you.
This role is active, hands-on, and essential. The best spa environments in the world run on people who take genuine pride in the details. That is exactly what we are looking for.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas at all times
- Prepare changing rooms, lounges, and amenity areas to the exhale | Salt housekeeping standard
- Manage laundry operations on a continuous cycle, washing, folding, and restocking linens and towels
- Stock and replenish amenities throughout the day so the experience never falls short
- Greet members and guests warmly in shared spaces. The locker room is part of the experience
- Support the spa team during high-volume periods, turnovers, openings, and peak hours
Who You Are
- Prior experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
- A high standard for cleanliness and presentation. You notice the details others miss
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. The team and the guests depend on you showing up ready
- Positive attitude and genuine care for the guest experience
- Able to work independently and stay productive throughout a full shift
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Physically capable of being on your feet, lifting linen loads, and moving consistently throughout a shift

Compensation
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience

The Details
- Part time and full time positions available
- Availability required across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
- Reports to: Spa Lead
- Works closely with: Club Director, Front Desk, Massage Therapists, Estheticians
