The Role

The Sales Director owns all new revenue at the location. You lead the sales team, you sell personally, and you are accountable to both. This is not a desk job with a quota attached to it. It is a leadership role for someone who genuinely loves to sell, knows how to build a team that does the same, and understands that in a membership-driven business the sale is just the beginning of the relationship.

The Opportunity

We offer Salt fitness memberships, exhale spa and fitness memberships, and à la carte class access — with recovery services and a full-service day spa under the same roof. It is a genuinely differentiated product in a crowded market and it sells itself to the right person asking the right questions.

Atlanta is our flagship location. We are actively expanding nationally and the Sales Director who builds the standard here helps shape how the entire brand grows. This is a ground floor opportunity at something that is just getting started.

Success in this role means consistently hitting a monthly membership goal, contributing personally to that number every single month, and developing a front desk team that performs at the same standard.

What You Own

  • Drive new membership sales across all membership types — Salt, Spa, and Fitness
  • Lead, coach, and hold the front desk sales team accountable to daily and monthly targets
  • Stay active on the floor personally — you sell alongside your team, not above them
  • Build member relationships from the first conversation through long-term retention
  • Collaborate with the Club Director and Head of Sales on local campaigns, offers, and sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and team performance
  • Represent the exhale | Salt brand with polish and confidence in every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • A proven sales performer — you have hit goals, led teams, and have the numbers to show it
  • Someone who sells from the front — personal production matters here
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail sales preferred
  • High energy, high accountability, low drama
  • Able to coach a team and close a deal in the same hour
  • Warm and professional — you understand that in this environment the relationship is the sale
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting

Compensation

  • Full compensation details including team bonus structure and personal sales commissions outlined in the Sales Director Pay Structure
  • OTE and upside reflect meaningful earning potential for strong performers

  • Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
