The Role

The Membership Advisor is the sales engine of the front desk. You are the first conversation a prospect has with the brand and the most important one they will have before they join. Every walk-in, every inbound call, every guest pass, that is your seat at the table.

This is a sales role. You work alongside a Concierge on every shift. They own hospitality and spa flow. You own membership conversion, tours, pitches, and the pipeline. You report to the Sales Director and you carry a sales mentality every minute you are on the floor.

You know the membership pitch cold. You know the spa menu and the class formats well enough to recommend them in a tour. You know which prospect is ready to buy today and which one needs a follow-up, and you build the pipeline accordingly.

What You'll Do

  • Own every membership conversation that walks in, calls in, or comes through the lead pipeline
  • Pitch memberships confidently and accurately across every tier, format, and add-on
  • Conduct clean, on-brand tours of the club across fitness, spa, recovery, and amenities
  • Close memberships on the spot when the prospect is ready, follow up with discipline when they are not
  • Manage the lead pipeline daily, every prospect logged, every follow-up scheduled, nothing forgotten
  • Drive retail sales at the desk, apparel, recovery products, and grab-and-go
  • Hand off booked members to the Concierge with full context so the first visit lands
  • Hit individual membership, retail, and conversion benchmarks set by the Sales Director and Club Director

Who You Are

  • Sales experience in fitness, spa, hospitality, or any premium consumer environment. You have closed deals and carried a number
  • Sales-minded. You understand that great service and great selling are the same thing in this environment
  • Warm, polished, and professional. You set the tone the moment someone walks in
  • Quick on your feet. You can read a prospect, run a tour, and close in the same visit
  • Disciplined with the pipeline. You log every lead and follow up on every one
  • Comfortable with point-of-sale, CRM, and booking software, and quick to learn new technology
  • Genuinely interested in fitness, spa, and wellness. You can speak to it because you care about it
  • Reliable and accountable. You show up on time, in uniform, ready to set the tone

Compensation

  • Hourly base plus commission on membership conversions and retail
  • Performance bonuses tied to monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks

The Details

  • Full time positions, part time considered for the right candidate
  • Availability required across prime selling hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
  • Reports to: Sales Director
  • Works closely with: Club Director, Concierge team, Fitness Director, and Spa Providers
