The Role
The Front Desk Associate is the first face of the brand. You are the first hello, the last goodbye, and everything in between. The energy of the location runs through this seat.
This is not a check-in role. You are the directory of the entire club. Every member, guest, and walk-in turns to you with a question, a request, or a need. You greet every member by name. You hand a first-time guest a tour, a free class, or a service consult depending on what they came in for. You sell retail at the desk. You answer the phone. You hold the lobby to a standard.
You operate under the Sales Director and you carry a sales mentality. You know the membership pitch. You know the spa menu. You know which class to recommend, which therapist to book, and which retail product to put in someone's hand. You convert curiosity into action and you do it with a smile.
The Front Desk Associate who thrives here is warm, sharp, and professional. You read people quickly, you move fast without rushing, and you make every person who walks through the door feel like they belong.
