The Role

The Esthetician is a licensed skincare professional and one of the most relationship-driven seats in the spa. Members come to you for results and they come back because of how you make them feel in your room. The book you build is the business you run.

You are a skilled practitioner. You read the skin in front of you, you tailor every facial and treatment to the person on the table, and you deliver results guests can see and feel. You stay current on technique, ingredients, and protocols because the industry moves fast and our standard does not slip.

This is also a sales seat. Not pushy, but real. You prescribe a real routine, you put the right product in the guest's hand because home care is part of the result, and your retail and your rebook are part of the job.

What You'll Do

• Deliver every facial, skincare treatment, and waxing service on the menu to the exhale standard
• Customize product, technique, and focus to the skin in front of you. No two services are identical
• Build a repeat clientele. The rebook is part of the job
• Prescribe a real home-care routine for every guest. The right products in the right order
• Maintain working fluency across our brand partners, iS Clinical, Eminence Organic Skin Care, and SkinCeuticals
• Drive retail revenue by putting the right product in the guest's hand because home care is part of the result

Who You Are

• Active esthetician license as required by state and county law, in good standing
• Minimum one year of professional spa experience. Premium or luxury spa preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Strong technical foundation across customized facials, exfoliation, extractions, peels, and skincare treatment protocols
• Comfortable across full-body waxing including Brazilian, body, and facial
• Experience with iS Clinical, Eminence, SkinCeuticals, or comparable professional brand protocols a meaningful advantage
• Polished, professional, reliable, and respectful of the schedule, your colleagues, and your guests

Compensation

• Service commission plus retail commission and gratuity
• Full compensation details outlined in the Esthetician Pay Structure

The Details

• Part time and full time positions available
• Availability required across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
• Reports to: Spa Lead
• Works closely with: Club Director, Front Desk, Spa Attendants
