The Role
The Concierge is the hospitality engine of the front desk. You are the warm, knowledgeable presence members and guests rely on for everything that is not a sales conversation. The spa runs through you. The lobby runs through you. The day-to-day experience of being a member runs through you.
This is not a sales role. You work alongside a Membership Advisor on every shift. They own membership conversions and tours. You own the spa side of the desk, the lobby standard, and the hospitality details that make this place feel different.
You understand that the spa is a sensory environment held to a standard across lighting, scent, sound, temperature, and linens. You protect that standard every shift.
What You'll Do
- Greet every member and guest by name, warm, professional, and on brand
- Own the spa side of the front desk, bookings, check-ins, service flow, and provider handoffs
- Protect the spa sensory environment every shift, lighting, scent, sound, temperature, and linens to brand standard
- Walk members and guests back to the spa, locker rooms, or recovery areas with confidence and context
- Manage the booking system across spa and recovery with speed and accuracy
- Drive spa retail and add-on services at the desk with hospitality, not pressure
- Pass every sales-qualified guest or membership inquiry to the Membership Advisor with full context
- Hold the lobby to standard at all times, clean, organized, and welcoming
Who You Are
- Hospitality, spa, hotel, or premium service industry experience. You have stood at a desk and made people feel welcome
- Detail-oriented. You notice the small things and you fix them before anyone else sees them
- Warm, polished, and professional. You set the tone the moment someone walks in
- Quick on your feet. You can hold a conversation, answer a phone, and book an appointment without dropping any of them
- Comfortable with point-of-sale and booking software, and quick to learn new technology
- Genuinely interested in spa and wellness. You can speak to it because you care about it
- Reliable and accountable. You show up on time, in uniform, ready to set the tone

Compensation
- Hourly base plus commission on spa retail and add-on services
- Full compensation details outlined in the Concierge Pay Structure
The Details
- Part time and full-time positions available
- Availability required across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
- Reports to: Club Director
- Works closely with: Membership Advisors, Spa Attendants, and Spa Providers
