The Role
The Club Director runs the location. The team, the experience, the revenue, and the reputation of the brand in your market all live in this seat. You are part operator, part event planner, part community builder. You see opportunity in the market around you, you create moments that bring the right people through the door, and you build a location people genuinely want to be part of. You lead a full team, including a Sales Director and a Fitness Director, and you think bigger than any one department.
What You'll Do
- Set the tone for hospitality across the entire location so every member and guest feels known, cared for, and glad they came
- Conceive and execute events, pop-ups, and activations that bring new people in and deepen relationships with members
- Build the brand's presence in your local market and pursue partnerships with aligned local businesses
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a full team across fitness, spa, sales, and front desk
- Own the location's total revenue across memberships, spa, retail, and recovery
- Run tight operations, budgets, scheduling, staffing, and facility standards that never slip
- Be the face of the location, present on the floor, visible in the community, setting the example every day
Who You Are
- You come from hospitality. Hotels, restaurants, clubs, spas, or premium service, and you know what it takes to make people feel genuinely cared for
- You think like an event planner. You know how to create experiences that bring people together and grow a community
- You are creative and community-minded, and you see opportunity in the market that others miss
- You are a proven operator who can lead a multi-disciplinary team without letting anything fall through the cracks
- You are comfortable across both fitness and spa environments. Spa fluency is a real advantage
- You are commercially sharp and understand the numbers that drive a location
- You lead from the floor, not from behind a desk

Compensation
